Transformation Coach & Guide
Hi, I’m Kara. My path to coaching grew out of real life experience. Facing profound change taught me how clarity and deliberate action can create transformation—and now, I’m passionate about helping others uncover that same power within themselves.

My Guiding Principles
My coaching practice is grounded in core principles that shape everything I do. I believe in Empowerment—helping you take ownership of your life and choices. I focus on Growth, encouraging ongoing learning and self-discovery. I value Authenticity, honoring your individuality and truth. And I maintain a Client-Centered Focus, keeping your goals and needs at the center of every step we take together.

How I Can Support You
My coaching approach is shaped by personal experience and a deep belief in human potential. It blends warmth with focus—nurturing your growth while keeping your goals clearly in sight. I know that with the right support and practical guidance, anyone can unlock meaningful, lasting change.
My Story
On paper, I had it all.
I owned a thriving real estate team, taught continuing education for the State of New Mexico, and was a successful coach and speaker. I lived in my dream home, owned two other properties, traveled whenever I wanted, and never had to worry about money. To everyone else, it looked like I was completely living the dream.
But in 2020, everything began to unravel. I was diagnosed with a desmoid tumor, and my life changed overnight. My diet became severely restricted, my exercise routine rigid, and my thoughts increasingly dark. I kept myself constantly busy—listening to audiobooks, podcasts, anything to drown out the silence. On the outside, I was thriving. Inside, I was exhausted.
Then I read Radical Remission, a book that studied 1,500 people who had completely healed from serious illness without medical intervention. Each of them shared 10 key traits. I realized I was already doing eight of them—but the two I wasn’t doing were the hardest: (1) accepting social support and (2) releasing past trauma. That realization became the turning point in my life.
Shortly after I read that book, Dr. Ron Stotts came onto my podcast—and that was no accident. From that moment on, everything began to shift. Through the deep inner work, the black cloud that had followed me for years finally lifted. My thoughts became peaceful. My mind became a place I actually wanted to spend time. My family now gets the best of me, not whatever scraps were left at the end of the day.
Joy keeps expanding. My husband and I bought an RV and now travel often with our two Dalmatians. We’re more connected to each other and to our friends and family than ever before. What’s amazing is that the more you truly care for yourself, the more capacity you have to care for others.
There was a time I felt like Jack Nicholson in As Good as It Gets, sitting in the psychiatrist’s waiting room, looking around and thinking, “What if this is as good as it gets?” I used to beat myself up for feeling that way—because I knew how “good” my life looked compared to others. But that’s just the left brain doing its job—trying to keep us safe, small, and stuck.
I was terrified to face my past trauma. I honestly believed that if I went back into those memories, it might break me. But here’s what I know now: if you get the right guide and you’re willing to do the deep work, it will be the best thing you’ll ever do—for yourself, for your family, for your business, for everyone you love.
I know what suffering feels like. And now I know what freedom feels like. When you heal from the inside out, everything in your life rises—your peace, your relationships, your health, your success.
