Executive Summary

  1. Your potential is limitless. By healing the past and aligning your thoughts, actions, and awareness, you can create a life far beyond what you once believed possible.
  2. True strength comes from consciousness—not force. As you cultivate awareness and presence, you discover clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.
  3. Living with intention turns life into an infinite game—one where growth, not perfection, is the goal.
  4. When you align your purpose, awareness, and energy, you begin to live from your highest self—and that’s where the extraordinary truly begins.

The Power to Become More

Have you ever felt a quiet pull inside, a sense that you’re meant for something more—that there’s a deeper version of yourself waiting to be discovered?

In just the past fifty years, our understanding of human potential has transformed. We once believed our minds and bodies were fixed—that we were born with a set number of brain cells that would only diminish over time, and that our DNA dictated who we were and what we could become. In other words, we thought our fate was baked in from the start.

But science and experience have shown us something far more empowering. When we begin to heal the past, we open the door to creating a new and expanded future—one shaped not by limitation, but by possibility. What we focus on, how we think, and the way we live all influence not just our minds, but even the expression of our genes. While part of our intelligence may be inherited, much of who we become depends on how we choose to live.

And beyond our physical and mental capacities lies something even greater—our level of awareness. This consciousness determines how we perceive the world and how we experience life itself. The remarkable truth is that we can expand that awareness at any time. If you want more out of life—or even a completely new way of living—it truly begins with you.

The Infinite Game of Growth

When he was in his late twenties, my friend Ron began studying Tai Chi. His instructor, Master Nee, was a small Chinese man in his early eighties—quiet, calm, and radiating a kind of effortless strength. One day in class, Nee called Ron to the front. “Okay,” Nee said, “I want you to attack me—full on.”

Ron froze. This is a terrible idea, he thought. He was an ex-Marine, a trained martial artist, and easily a hundred pounds heavier than his instructor. But Master Nee only smiled, his eyes gleaming with mischief, and lifted his chin. “Full on,” he repeated.

“So,” Ron says, “I went for it—fast, focused, ready. I threw a punch straight at his head… and hit nothing but air. The faster I moved, the more ridiculous it became. I couldn’t touch him. It was like trying to catch a ripple of water or chase a shadow.” The class erupted in laughter, and Ron laughed too—completely humbled.

When everyone had caught their breath, Master Nee explained that from his perspective, Ron had been moving in slow motion. Over time, Nee taught the class how awareness and breath could shift perception itself—how they could become so attuned to the moment that time seemed to slow down. Those lessons expanded Ron’s understanding of what’s possible, of how much potential lies within all of us.

You may have had moments when you’ve felt like you failed, fell short, or simply weren’t enough. But no matter your age or circumstance, your potential is limitless. Life isn’t a competition with a final score—it’s an ongoing journey of learning, growth, and discovery. Every step, even the stumbles, moves you forward.

Three Keys to an Extraordinary Life

There are three keys to playing—and thriving—in the infinite game of life.

The first key is discovering your highest intention and greatest purpose.
Your highest intention acts as your compass, guiding every decision and action. When you’re clear about what truly matters, life becomes simpler. If something supports your highest intention, you welcome it. If it doesn’t, you release it without resistance. Over time, every area of your life begins to align and move in harmony with that central purpose.

Your greatest purpose is how you live that intention in the world. With whole-brain integration, your right brain envisions the big picture while your left brain maps the steps to get there. When those two work together, your forebrain—the “CEO” of your life—keeps you naturally on course.

The second key is understanding that your level of consciousness shapes how you experience everything. As we heal old patterns and develop more integrated awareness, we become more mindful of our thoughts, emotions, and energy. When we notice ourselves drifting off track, a single deep breath can bring us back. From that place of calm curiosity, we see our next step clearly—and even challenges become opportunities for growth and gratitude.

The third key is deciding what level you want to play on. The higher your level of consciousness, the more integrated your life becomes. Work, family, health, spirituality—all of it begins to support and reflect your highest intention. You realize that every part of your life is connected, moving together in alignment.

When you truly understand this, you see that healing and transformation are always possible. You can move beyond everything that’s ever held you back. The questions then become simple yet profound: Who do you want to be? How do you want to live? What kind of life do you want to create?

As you heal and grow, you become more present, more whole, and more aware of your power to choose. From that place of clarity and alignment, there’s really only one question left to ask:

Are you ready to live an amazing life—one beyond anything you’ve ever imagined?
